Feeling of Sadness and Disconnection

Animals can also feel sadness. For example we can see some little puppies that cry after their mom. Sadness is a feeling that comes and goes, is not permanent and usually lasts for a few days. The most common reason people feel sad is love. We all fall in love and for a while have the perfect relationship, but all good things must come to an end. We have to be realists and say that nothing is perfect. We have to accept some things as they are. Love is not always little hearts and clear sky. Women especially get sad because of silly reasons. But it`s just the way they are. They get upset stay sad for a couple of hours and want to be taken care of and given attention.
Many people when they get the Feeling of Sadness and Disconnection they just cut themselves off from the world and enjoy some time alone. It`s a normal thing and it`s ok to take some time for yourself and think things through. The best way to escape from sadness is to come in peace with yourself and to find solutions . Ambition and positive thinking are two essential keys for feeling better. Crying is also a way of releasing tensions and eliminate stress. People that keep inside all their feelings tend to be more preoccupied and get tired easily. It`s hard to deal with other problems with day to day life when you are sad and your mind is elsewhere. Crying can make you feel better, not because it`s effective but it only gives you the impression of a better state of mind. Women cry every time they feel sad. They don`t have any problem with expressing their feelings as men do. The Feeling of Sadness and Disconnection , is a normal feeling and sometimes it`s better to be left alone.
As a conclusion, spending some time alone, can make you open your eyes and deal with your problems. Doesn`t matter what kind of problems you have, the only person that knows best is yourself. So, if you ever feel sad and you want to disconnect yourself from others, go ahead and do it. You will probably feel better after a few days.
