Illusions of Sadness

When people feel sad they just don`t feel like doing anything but staying in bed , indoors, without seeing anybody or talking to anyone. Sadness makes us feel down and it can last for a few days. Sadness can appear from many reasons for example  because : someone has lost a dear person because of a silly thing and now loneliness is very hard, or someone has dies and the sadness is greater than any feeling, also sadness can be because you have problems at work, because you have money problems or any other thing you can think of. Sadness comes from anything, children feel sad very often because they hurt themselves or because they argue with other children. Sadness in teenage years is related to short love stories. Sadness out of love is the worst one because love is very powerful.

Many people make illusions out of sadness. When you stay alone at home and think of your life and of what has made you sad, illusions start to appear. Hope is the last thing that goes away, the hope will always stay with you even in the most bad situations. Illusions of Sadness keep people still wanting something or still fighting for what they wish. In life people need to be strong to go through all problems.

Life is full of challenges and good or bad surprises. Life can bring you down but you have to rise again and demonstrate that you can do anything you set your mind to. Love is usually the single reason and the most common one that gives us the occasion to know other feelings like : anger, nervousness, fear, passion, pleasure, depression etc. Love is bittersweet it can make you feel the happiest person alive or it can bring you so down that you want to finish your life. Life is nothing without loving someone, without knowing the intense feeling of love so, Illusions of Sadness are often a way of staying calm when you suffer.

Sadness also implies crying, but tears are a normal thing and people shouldn`t be afraid or ashamed to cry. Therapists say that crying is a great way to release tensions and afterwords you can feel better. People have the impression that they feel better but in fact, they feel better now than when they were crying, either way crying can help you calm down and clear your thoughts. In the end, we all have our sad moments when we just want to be alone. The main idea is to not let some things get to us for too long. A sadness comes and goes and so be careful not to fall into depression. There are also situation when sadness stays for a little bit longer but the idea is to always have the stenght to go on.
