Now is Not a Time for Sadness and Despair
People feel sad from many reasons. Sadness is a feeling that can persist or that can be felt only for a few minutes. This feeling is usually caused by silly things, ordinary things , daily problems  or problems of the heart. Breaking up with someone, losing someone from a  silly mistake, missing someone, or the worst case losing someone forever meaning dying. Despair is also a common feeling when you just don`t know what to do. The situation is so bad that you become desperate. Despair means feeling without hope, wanting to do something that could never be done. For example when you love someone and your love is not shared because that person has somebody else. You become desperate and sad. Sometimes despair might be a way to calm yourself down after a while.

They say that after you cry there comes a peaceful period and so, desperation is probably the highest level of sadness. Sadness also involves depression but this is a more serious thing. Many people try to be strong when something happens and they say „ Now is Not a Time for Sadness and Despair”. It`s very brave to try to stay strong and restrain yourself from crying. This usually happens when someone dear dies and the parents or the grown-ups try to be strong for the rest of the family. Crying is very good sometimes. Crying makes you feel better afterwords, it can release the tension you have gathered in time and it can give you the feeling of ease.

Another example when the line „ Now it`s Not a Time for Sadness and Despair” can also be used is when there is a difficult situation, when a problem occurs and needs to be solved as soon as possible. Instead of losing your calm and your thoughts, the best thing is to think things through and take some decisions. There are many people with a more sensitive heart that crack immediately because they just don`t know what to do next.

When people become desperate they lose the sense of real things, they do something out of impulse and they risk making a mistake. That is why many say Now is Not a Time for Sadness and Despair. When difficult moments in life appear why have to know when to take some actions and when not to. Life is all about bad or good surprises, life is challenging and problems are at every corner we just need to know how to deal with them. In the end, people go though many emotions during their life time, despair and sadness are some of them. We are all sensitive, we all cry, we all feel pain. It`s good to cry sometimes, but keeping all your feelings inside is not good either so , sometimes it`s best to let it all go with a crying spell.
