Sadness is when we are upset about something for example : we become sad when we hear that we can`t go on a trip we wanted to go, we get sad when we fight with someone dear or with a friend. Sadness is more clear when someone dies. People suffer in silence for long periods and sometimes depression settles in. Sadness is usually thought as being the feeling you have when you broke up with your lover. Love is the only feeling that can make you happy and sad in the same time. Love, is complicated and can make you feel things you will never feel again.
Research on Sadness also says that people who are sad usually don`t feel like doing anything, it`s true, because when you are sad you just can`t stand happy people around you and so, you prefer to stay indoors for a while. Sad people are more introverted and don`t talk that much. They have a lot of thoughts on their mind and they just don`t wanna share them. Sadness is a feeling that can last for a few days, or that can be present in our souls but not noticeable. Many people cover up their sadness with a smile so you never know if a person is truly happy.
Research on Sadness brings out the obvious. That sadness is the most common feeling in a bad situation. We feel sad that our pet died, we feel sad that we have lost something, we feel sad that our car doesn`t work, we feel sad that we don`t have money etc. Money also is a source of sadness. Those who really don`t have money , work harder than all the rest just to keep surviving, so think of how many problems do they have.
Sadness is also related to what kind of person you are. Some people feel sad for others and try to help them. This feeling is more of pity but not really. Sadness for others means that you are a good person and you are touched when you hear a sad story. There are also people that don`t care about anything and they live their life in a total ignorance. In the end, sadness is normal and very natural, we should just think that life is full of unexpected situations and so what happens, goes away in time, because time heals all wounds.
