Love is what makes us more stronger but in the same time love can bring us down in a second. Sadness and sorrow poems can talk about, lost friendships, family problems, the love between sister and brother, the death of someone dear etc. Sadness can come out of so many things and it can persist as long as you let it. Too much sadness can transform into depression. Many people feel depressed because their life doesn`t go the right way, something is wrong or they just don`t have nothing to be cheerful about. Depression has many levels and if this feeling stays longer than it should, then it`s maybe the moment to go seek help.
When feeling down or sad, listening to sad songs or reading sadness and sorrow poems can be a good way to get it all out. We all love to listen to songs especially if they have lyrics that seem to be especially written for our situation. This is because we all have experienced bad relationships and even if every couple is different the main things are the same at everyone. Poems are beautiful, the verses are more complex and you have to „ read between the lines „ to understand the deep meaning. Old poems are very important for today's literature. Poems written by famous people like Wordsworth, Beethoven, Lord Byron are an example for all those other writers that followed. Poems have something special, they touch us so deeply because those feelings are true and the writer has written from his heart. We have all loved and lost, but it seems sometimes that nowadays nothing is what it seems. Back then, people were feeling more intensely and more pure.
Nowadays love is just a game, feelings come and go, only sadness comes to visit from time to time. In the end, sadness and sorrow poems are a great way to release tensions. It can be a great feeling to write when you are feeling down. Black on white remains forever, and being inspired by day to day problems can reveal a hidden talent. So, don`t hesitate, read as much poems as you can, after a while you`ll see the beauty in them.
