People usually don`t have the courage to say out loud what they really have in mind or what they feel. Expressing your emotions is quite difficult especially for men. Women are more open and their nature is to talk about everything until there is nothing left to talk about. Men prefer to keep things for themselves that`s why, women will never know what a man is really feeling or thinking of. To some degree , this is better than being an opened book. It`s better sometimes to just keep quiet and don`t let others know you are sad or upset or that you have problems., smiling confuses people , so this is a strategy also. Sadness Emotion Expression come hand in hand. Some people prefer to keep their sad feelings for themselves and don`t let it show. Well this is not always ok because not talking to anyone and not sharing emotions can have some bad repercussions. For example accumulating stress, sadness, angry thoughts can eventually make a person burst out into tears or have a violent out burst .

Sadness Emotion Expression are three things that need to work together. Therapists usually help people that feel sad or depressed by talking about their problems. The fact that talking to a therapist is confidential makes people open up and talk freely about anything. Expressing emotions can sometimes be difficult, shameful for some, uncomfortable, embarrassing etc. But once you have said everything you had to say, you will have a feeling of ease, of taking something of your chest.

Sadness means suffering in silence. Many people suffer because they have their heart broken, they have problems at work, they have had a fight with a dear person, they have lost something, or someone. Sadness means sorrow, grief, being upset etc. Sadness is a state of mind that comes and goes as it pleases. Today we can be sad tomorrow we can forget about yesturday. Life is about going through bad and good moments so it`s normal to feel sad sometimes. Sadness can manifest itself through emotions like being angry, stressed out, nervous or just depressed. Depression is a more serious case of sadness. Depression means negative thoughts and lasts for much longer. Many people commit suicide because of depression so, it`s a dangerous disease that can be treated only through therapy.

In the end, Sadness Emotion Expression, are together a circle. Sadness is an emotion that needs to be expressed. People have to express themselves and talk about their problems in order to solve them. Leaving something unsolved means that sooner or later it will come back. Life is too short to let silly things affect us, but if it`s something more important that makes us sad we have to deal with it and try to get over it. Life goes on, no matter what happens and we have to make the best of it even if we sometimes don`t feel like we are strong enough to continue.
