People have to express themselves and talk about their problems in order to solve them. Leaving something unsolved means that sooner or later it will come back. Life is too short to let silly things affect us, but if it`s something more important that makes us sad we have to deal with it and try to get over it. Life goes on, no matter what happens and we have to make the best of it even if we sometimes don`t feel like we are strong enough to continue.
