Sadness Vs Depression
Sadness vs Depression is a battle that is easily won by depression. Sadness si a feeling that is mostly associated with grief, sorrow or the feeling of helplessness. People feel sad when they are either upset about something like an argument with someone dear, a death in the family or just normal things ,day to day things that make you sad. From not getting the promotion at work to breaking a vase you loved, sadness can appear without even knowing.

Sadness is more common and not dangerous at all. Sadness is also associated with crying . when people are sad they cry. Crying is normal and more that that is also recommended by the doctor. Many doctors say that through crying people can release tension and can feel better. The feeling is fake, but it works, we feel better because the state of mind we are in, after the crying,  is being more calm than when we were crying. Sadness happens at any age and it can be caused by a silly injury at kids or a relationship break up when you are a teenager.

On the other hand depression is more serious. Depression lasts very much and most of the people don`t know they have it. Depression is when you don`t feel like doing anything for a long period of time, when you have constant headaches and very negative thoughts. Depression is usually cured through counseling and therapy but only if it`s discovered in time. Depression can lead to suicide. Many people suffer from depression but if their state of mind aggravates it can become more serious. Depression is caused by day to day problems and a continuous state of worrying and nerves.

Depression is not about tears and crying, because it`s at a higher more serious level. Depression can happen at any age. There are many teenagers nowadays that just take their lives because of stupid reasons like broking up with their lover. A teenager is easier to be influenced than a grownup so they are very weak. It`s  sad to see that a teenager suffers from depression at this age. What motif could he possibly have to be in distress?  you never know what problems these kids have. If they have any help from others they don`t end up being depressed.

The difference between Sadness vs Depression  is that sadness is normal and depression is a disease. If you know this difference you can also get help. If you feel that you have the symptoms we have talked about, then it`s best to seek help. There is no shame is going to a therapist. Our health is more important than everything else. Without our health we can`t do anything. Many people think is just a state of mind, just for the moment, but if the situation doesn`t disappear after a few weeks then you should ask yourself some questions.
