When You Live in Fear and Sadness
Many people have problem sat home or at work but never talk about them. The sad feeling that puts a hold on all of us is common and is caused by negative thoughts and fear of failure. Failing in something doesn`t mean you are not good, it`s just means you have to keep trying. Many sustain that it`s not ok to praise failure but, we say a kick in the behind is a step forward and people shouldn`t get sad , because life is about trying until you get it right. When You Live in Fear and Sadness it means that you are not able to lead a normal life. Fear makes you always stay alert and unhappy, frightened and without any peace of mind. For example a person could Live in Fear and Sadness when she doesn`t have anywhere to go. Tragic situations like homeless people that just don`t know if tomorrow they will have a warm place to sleep , if they will find anything to eat etc. They live with fear of dying and sadness in their soul because of their sad situation.

Another dramatic situation is a bad distructive marriage. Many women are beaten by their husbands and don`t say nothing. Saying might bring more pain. Domestic violence is punished by law with many years of jail time and so women that suffer from this abuse need to press charges. When You Live in Fear and Sadness, you only think at ways to escape or to cope with the situation. A bad marriage brings enough pain as it is, if there is also violence then it`s more harder and fear intervenes. Women that have gone through this kind of situation and that have had the courage to go to the police  and make things right are superwomen and they need to be appreciated .

There are many situations when people Live in Fear and Sadness. Some people fear the future and what it can bring, others fear they will lose their job and this makes them sad also. Continuous sadness can lead to other problems like depression. Depression is a more severe affection that people have when stress, problems and fears accumulate. Depression is very dangerous because it can cause even death. It manifests itself through negative thoughts, sadness, constant bad mood, tiredness, losing appetite and not wanting to socialize anymore. Some people get help from a professional counselor and others just don`t know they have it. Living in fear and sadness is one trait of depression. In the end, living with a constant fear and always feeling sad can affect anyone, physically and most important psyhically. Our mental health is very important and so, people need to solve their issues before they become real problems.
